Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Haffords — in plain terms, with no surprises.
Your 30-day window
You can request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be accepted, items should come back unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging, and you'll need your order number or confirmation e-mail.
How to start a return
Reach us in whichever way suits you — by e-mail at info@haffords.com or by phone at +1 227 274 1241 — with your order number and the item(s) involved. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the address to send to. Please wait for that confirmation before posting anything back, as unannounced returns can't be processed.
If your item is damaged, faulty, wrong or missing
Check your order when it arrives. If something turns up damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or part of your order never showed up, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a couple of photos where relevant. In these cases we cover the cost of return shipping and will send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. This is on top of, and never instead of, your rights under US consumer law.
Who pays for return shipping
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the cost of sending the item back is yours. For anything that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we pay. Either way, we'll give you the return address once your request is approved.
Items we can't accept back
For hygiene and safety reasons, a few things can't be returned once opened — such as grooming or personal-care items where a seal is broken — along with gift cards and any item marked final sale. If you're unsure about a specific product, just ask before you buy.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a fresh order for the one you want, so you're not waiting on stock.
How refunds are issued
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll e-mail to confirm it's approved and refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still don't see it, contact us and we'll chase it down.
Cancelling an order
Changed your mind right after ordering? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll cancel and refund if the order hasn't entered processing. After that, the order may already be on its way, and the standard return process is the way to go.
