These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Haffords website and your purchases from us. Haffords is operated by Ecomsonic LLC ("Haffords", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Using our store
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it through automated means for abusive purposes, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.

If you create an account or check out as a guest, you agree to give accurate, current and complete information, and to keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Products, descriptions and availability
We work hard to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour or detail can occur depending on your screen. Products and prices may change or sell out, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time without notice.
How an order is formed
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. A confirmation e-mail acknowledges we received that offer — it isn't yet acceptance. Your contract with us forms when we dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where there's a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock is unavailable), and if we do, we'll refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout. You confirm you're entitled to use that payment method. If a price is listed in error, we'll contact you before processing rather than simply charging the wrong amount.
Delivery and risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to Haffords or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, transmit harmful code, harvest data, harass others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend access where these Terms are breached.
Third-party links
Our site may link to services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory US consumer-protection law. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to cover us for reasonable losses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without removing consumer protections that apply where you live.
